Job summary

Orbia Polymer Solutions Vestolit in the United States seeks a Process Control Manager to lead technology enablement across manufacturing facilities, driving OEE improvements, cycle-time reductions, and digital advances via Industry 4.0 initiatives.

You will partner with the Global Operations VP and site engineers to align with global standards, build real-time dashboards and ensure data quality and compliance across automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; Master’s studies in Process Control desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in design, implementation or support of control systems in chemical plants.
• Leadership experience in automation across manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify initiatives to implement digital capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Build and support operation of real-time dashboards and an Alarm Management System.
• Align PS-Vestolit automation strategy with global standards and local needs.
• Establish data quality baselines to enable digital innovation solutions.
• Collaborate with IT/OT and Operations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
