Keystone Sheets in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an experienced Process Control Manager to lead quality, process control, and continuous improvement across the plant. You will partner with production and leadership to meet standards, satisfy customers, and comply with regulations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving on the floor, and developing strong quality practices through training, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience accepted.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop staff.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read production instructions and training materials.
• Ability to compute percentages, costs, and production metrics.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the plant's quality assurance and process control programs.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate quality and safety strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met consistently.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformances; drive corrective actions.
• Manage QA systems for corrective actions, complaints, change control and docs.
• Conduct internal QMS audits and pursue continuous improvement.
• Collect and report quality data, trends, and KPIs.
• Improve inspection, testing, product disposition, and rework standards.
• Coordinate customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
• Lead quality review meetings with plant management.
• Partner with production leadership to improve quality and processes.
• Provide guidance on product quality, process control, and plant safety.
• Identify training needs and coordinate safety/quality training.
• Audit and calibrate production testing equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of paper grades and corrugated sheet production.
• Support safety initiatives with Safety and HR as needed.
