Qualifications

• DeltaV and PLC configuration, programming, troubleshooting, and process control systems expertise.
• Working knowledge of ISA-88 batch processing principles.
• Strong customer focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site SME for process control software technologies and guide operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Execute and manage process control software projects from concept through startup, including external resources.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for control systems, manufacturing data, and software issues.
• Support root cause investigations and CAD/continuous improvement of software-based enhancements.
• Develop internal capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical training on process control systems.
