Smart4 Chemicals is recruiting for a skilled Senior Process Control Engineer for a leading chemical manufacturer in Ponca City, Oklahoma and Sunray, Texas to support the Process Control Manager in managing the site's Distributed Control Systems (DCS), historians, and PLCs. This role involves troubleshooting, system optimization, and project execution to enhance plant performance, safety, and reliability.

Base pay range: $120,000 – $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot assigned DCS/Systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance plant performance and reliability.
• Design and oversee engineering for DCS/Systems capital projects.
• Perform regular system health checks, including hardware integrity and performance monitoring.
• Stay up to date with system software updates and provide necessary training.
