Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve safety standards.

• Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mass transfer principles.
• Proven experience with HAZOP studies and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
