Senior Process Analyst

Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours and must not exceed 40 hours/week.

The role involves developing, coordinating, facilitating, and implementing moderately complex processes and/or process improvements. Analyze business, services, and platforms to improve processes, including automation opportunities through reporting or process lean-out.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitation of process meetings
• Recommending changes for continuous process improvements
• Researching potential process improvements and analyzing data to develop solutions
• Coordinating the implementation and maintenance of processes and tools
• Conducting post-implementation reviews and utilizing metrics to determine success
• Facilitating resource planning during project planning
• Developing automated and standard reports
• Providing weekly updates on progress
