Responsibilities

• Lead and support large, complex initiatives aimed at solving business challenges and improving operational performance
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results
• Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and to help solve mid to high level business problems in pursuit of company goals
• Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives
• Create clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insights
