Job summary

GEICO, a leading U.S. auto insurer, is seeking a Senior Process Analyst for its Corporate Underwriting team. You will analyze complex business problems, measure performance, and drive meaningful change with cross-functional partners across sales, underwriting, and operations.

You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations, lead large initiatives, and collaborate to improve processes and outcomes company-wide.

Qualifications

Have 2+ years of GEICO experience working in cross-functional teams with a focus on sales, service, and underwriting processes
Experience analyzing large data sets and providing recommendations for improvements to complex business problems

Responsibilities

Lead and support large, complex initiatives aimed at solving business challenges and improving operational performance
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results
Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and to help solve mid to high level business problems in pursuit of company goals
Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives
Create clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insights
