Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Problem Management lifecycle across the IS ecosystem to ensure stable and reliable services.
• Lead incident resolution, problem prevention, and service reviews with data-driven accountability.
• Build relationships with executives, vendors, and delivery teams to align priorities and drive portfolio status.
