Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license required.
• Minimum 5 years of probate, guardianship, trust litigation, and trial advocacy experience in Florida.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal research.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate, guardianship, and trust litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle estate administration and probate proceedings.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, pleadings, and court filings.
