Responsabilidades

• Manage estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings across MD, DC, and VA.
• Independently open primary probate administrations across MD, DC, and VA.
• Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, fiduciary accountings, and related court documents.
• Prepare and file federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, including Form 1041.
• Prepare and record deeds and handle LLC formation and related filings in MD, DC, and VA.
