Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust administration, and litigation matters.
• Proficient in managing the full probate/litigation lifecycle from case management to post-trial.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support complex estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust administration, and litigation matters from inception through case closure.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and prepare court filings and exhibits.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, depositions, and post-trial activities.
• Prepare probate pleadings, estate tax returns, and trust and estate accountings.
• Maintain accurate case dockets, calendars, and critical deadlines.
• Manage probate, trust administration, and conservatorship matters.
