Job summary

WSFS Bank is recruiting a Private Banking Relationship Manager to support its Private Wealth Management division. The role focuses on managing high-net-worth relationships and selling comprehensive credit, deposit, and wealth management solutions.

The incumbent will coordinate with Commercial and Consumer banking teams, advise clients, and expand the client base while staying abreast of regulatory and market trends. Travel within the Bank’s footprint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Finance related field.
• CFP, CTFA, MBA, JD is preferred.
• Series 6 or 7 licenses are highly desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending, Private Banking, or wealth management experience.
• Knowledge of financial, investment, and fiduciary concepts with experience in commercial, consumer loan and deposit products.
• Willingness to travel within the Bank's footprint to branches and wealth management locations.
• Results-oriented with sales aptitude and ability to achieve goals.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of private banking and wealth management clients seeking loans and deposits.
• Serve as liaison to internal partners and external centers of influence for wealth management services.
• Develop new relationships with prospective clients and promote additional services.
• Interview clients to assess loan risk and terms within lending limits.
• Collaborate with in-house Investment Advisors to determine appropriate money management services.
• Stay informed on regulatory, economic, and market trends and expand knowledge across private banking services.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance related field
