Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, financial reporting, analytics, or a related finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Exposure to alternative investments, private equity, fund accounting, or asset management is preferred.
• CPA, CPA candidate, CFA, or progress toward a professional designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial, operational, and investment-related data to deliver meaningful insights.
• Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and analytical deliverables for various business partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Investor Relations teams on strategic initiatives.
• Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and documentation efforts.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects across the organization.
