A leading staffing agency is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join a top-tier global investment platform in Boston. The successful candidate will engage in fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting or at an investment advisor.
• Experience in supporting fund accounting and investor reporting.
• Education in finance or accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly fund accounting processes.
• Review NAVs, capital activity, and investor reporting.
• Assist with quarterly financial statements and calculations.
• Partner with investment teams to address financial questions.
• Support year-end audit processes.
• Contribute to process improvements.
