Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of related work experience, 2–3 years in direct sales.
• Experience in venue seat sales and/or sports/venue management.
• Strong strategic and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close private event sales through relationship-building and proposals.
• Maintain and grow assigned accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Meet with local companies, agencies, and planners to drive bookings.
• Manage pipeline activity using the designated CRM platform.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and assist revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with venue management, marketing, and operations for event execution.
