The role requires SLAs adherence, case reviews and training sessions, and proactive communication of cap table issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, technical support, or QA.
• Proactive, curious problem-solver with customer focus.
• Strong B2B relationship management experience.
• Understanding of finance/private equity/VC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and read logs.
• Willingness to create lightweight scripts to scale.
• Ownership mindset and fast-paced adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support for PE-backed companies and top PE firms across multiple channels.
• Diagnose and resolve cap table related issues, communicating solutions effectively.
• Adhere to SLAs and conduct case reviews and training with customers.
• Develop lightweight scripts/tools to address recurring problems at scale.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve support processes and product adoption.
