Carta, Inc. is seeking a Private Equity Support Analyst to deliver best-in-class service to a portfolio of PE-backed companies and top PE firms.

You will diagnose issues, leverage AI tools, and create lightweight scripts to resolve recurring problems at scale while upholding SLAs and driving cap table accuracy. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve support processes, communicate clearly with diverse user personas, and become a subject‑matter expert on Carta’s cap table products

Qualifications

• Strong user empathy and expertise in the full lifecycle of a support case.
• Strong Background in B2B relationship management.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, technical support, or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service for private equity backed clients across channels.
• Diagnose root causes and build lightweight scripts/tools to resolve recurring problems at scale.
• Adhere to SLAs, conduct case reviews and training sessions with customers.
• Proactively communicate cap table errors and cleanup needs.
• Read logs and system outputs to troubleshoot issues beyond the standard playbook.
• Read between the lines to identify actual needs and drive rapid resolutions.
• Reconcile cap tables and handle equity projects like repricing, stock splits.
• Drive improvements to support processes and product across teams.
