You will translate fund data into decision-ready narratives for CIO and senior leaders while ensuring quality control and governance across all investor communications.

Role requires 4–5 years in private equity reporting, advanced Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Four to five years of experience in private equity, accounting, fund finance, fund administration, or portfolio reporting.
  • Fluency in private equity performance metrics, including IRR, MOIC, TVPI, and DPI, and understanding how they are constructed from cash flows and valuations.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to produce polished, executive-level reporting under recurring deadlines with minimal rework.
  • Strong attention to detail, reconciliation discipline, analytical judgment, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Investor reporting: Prepare and validate periodic reporting to limited partners, co-investors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring figures reconcile to fund administrator, custodian, and internal books and records before distribution.

  • Stakeholder support: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor reporting questions and coordinate responses with fund administration, legal, compliance, and other partners as needed.
  • Executive reporting: Prepare the quarterly private equity and co-investment portfolio package for the CIO and Head of General Account, including performance, exposure, pacing, cash flows, and material portfolio developments.
  • Executive narrative: Translate raw fund and deal data into a clear, decision-ready narrative, flagging outliers, valuation changes, and covenant or governance issues.
  • Exit portfolio reporting: Compile realized investment reporting that includes proceeds, hold period, gross and net multiples, IRR, and comparison with the underwriting case for each exit.
  • Exit analysis standards: Standardize exit write-ups to support comparison across vintages and sponsors, partnering with deal teams to capture the qualitative exit narrative.
  • Performance reporting and analytics: Produce recurring performance reporting across the private equity and co-investment portfolio and maintain the supporting performance data infrastructure.
  • Benchmarking: Benchmark portfolio performance against relevant public and private market indices and peer data.
  • Compliance support: Complete OFAC clearance requirements accurately and within established timelines.
