Job summary

Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Senior Analyst for Private Equity Performance & Investor Reporting. You will own investor and leadership reporting for private equity and co-investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and narrative clarity for the CIO, General Account leadership, and external partners.

You will manage the investor reporting calendar, perform reconciliation, and produce recurring performance analytics and executive packages, including IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI,

Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in private equity, accounting, fund finance, fund administration, or portfolio reporting.
• Fluency in private equity performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI) and construction from cash flows and valuations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished, executive-level reporting under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Investor reporting: Prepare and validate periodic reports for limited partners and co-investors.
• Reporting governance: Own reporting calendar and quality-control checklist with sign-offs.
• Executive reporting: Compile quarterly portfolio packages for CIO and Head of General Account.
• Performance analytics: Produce recurring performance reporting across private equity and co-investment portfolios.
