Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Investment Professional – Private Equity Deal Analyst to support the Private Equity Investments portfolio within the Alternatives team. You will source, underwrite, monitor, and report on investments, leading projects and collaborating across groups.

The role involves building advanced models, performing risk analysis, and contributing to strategy while potentially mentoring junior staff. Travel may be required in a normal office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Eight to twelve years of related investment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity investments and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Covers mid-large accounts with significant judgement and manages multiple funds.
• Evaluates and recommends investment opportunities.
• Performs in-depth manager/fund reviews with base case and downside analyses.
• Prepares materials for legal review and landscapes the pipeline.
• Uses financial models to drive underwriting andportfolio management.
