Job summary

Pennington Partners, a boutique multi-family office, is seeking a Sr. Investment Analyst/Investment Associate to lead due diligence on private and public investments, analyze client portfolios, and support asset allocation and performance monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

This role can be based in New York City or Bethesda, MD. You’ll collaborate with the investment team to source and underwrite opportunities, prepare investment memos, and present recommendations to the Investment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant investment experience at an endowment, foundation, family office, or investment bank.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with diligence in due diligence.
• Ability to mentor analysts and collaborate with senior investment team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the investment team to conduct due diligence on private and public opportunities.
• Source, underwrite, and evaluate primary fund commitments and co-investments.
• Allocate assets for UHNW operating partner families.
• Develop investment memos, manager reviews, and IC materials.
• Conduct full-cycle diligence including financial modeling and risk analysis.
• Support monitoring of existing investments.
