Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and valuation capabilities.
• Interest in industrials, business services, and manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Analyze industry sectors and identify attractive acquisition targets
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses
• Participate in management meetings and operational diligence
• Coordinate third‑party diligence providers and advisors
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation
• Assist with transaction execution and financing processes
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
• Participate in board meetings and portfolio reviews
• Support portfolio company exits and strategic M&A initiatives
