Partners Group is seeking a Denver-based Associate to join its private equity investment team. The role focuses on leading control buyouts with equity check sizes ranging from USD 300m to USD 800m+, across consumer and industrial verticals.

You will be involved in all aspects of the investment life cycle, including origination, execution, structuring, pricing, negotiation, and exit support, with a strong emphasis on diligence and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment diligence and underwriting.
• Build industry and competitive research and financial models.
• Prepare investment committee reports and present insights.
• Support debt facilities negotiations and purchase agreements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist monetization at exit.
