We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Private Equity Associate for its Washington, DC office. The role targets candidates with 2–6 years of Private Equity experience and a JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school, admitted to practice in DC.

The position offers sophisticated corporate work, meaningful responsibility, and close collaboration with seasoned partners. You will draft and negotiate complex documents, coordinate cross-department diligence, and manage client matters with increasing ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Admitted to practice law in DC.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors in acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated Private Equity transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on complex, time-sensitive matters.
