Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC, seeks a Sovereign Finance Associate (JD classes 2022–2025) to join a premier AM Law 100 firm. This role offers sophisticated corporate and finance work, close collaboration with seasoned lawyers and exposure to complex client matters.

You will draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, coordinate diligence, signing and closing, and advise on structure and risk. JD from a Top 50 US law school and admission eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• JD classes 2022–2025 relevant to Sovereign Finance Associate.
• Substantive experience relevant to Sovereign Finance Associate.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• Eligibility for admission in the selected jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
