Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of operational support experience in private/direct debt.
• Experience reviewing credit agreements and servicing loans.

Responsibilities

• Support private debt portfolio managers with settlement oversight and lifecycle management.
• Provide coverage for CRE equity portfolio managers on deal settlement and capital calls.
• Oversee outsourced back-office functions and escalation points for service providers.
• Educate service providers and internal stakeholders on deal mechanics and structuring.
• Assist with complex loan amendments and restructurings.
• Manage cross-functional projects to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Alternatives Finance on cash management for fund development.
• Enhance controls for non-standard transactions across PIMCO.
• Liaise with vendors/banking institutions for service upgrades.
