PIMCO Ltd. – Pacific Investment Management Company seeks an experienced Sr. Associate/Manager for its Alternative Operations team.

This role supports private debt settlements, including loan trades, and oversees external providers to ensure accurate execution and reporting. Based in New York, NY or Austin, TX, the role demands strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of multi-tasking across complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of operational support experience across private and direct originated debt.
• Hands-on exposure reviewing credit agreements and servicing loans.

Responsabilidades

• Support private debt portfolio managers with settlement oversight and life cycle management on all private/originated loan trades.
• Provide coverage for CRE equity portfolio managers regarding deal settlement, capital calls, wire instruction updates, etc.
• Oversee outsourced providers performing back-office functions (settlements, asset setup, waterfall calculations, P&I processing, document custody storage).
• Educate service providers and internal stakeholders on deal mechanics and structuring.
• Assist with complex loan amendments and restructurings.
• Manage cross-functional projects to improve processes and work with Alternatives Finance on cash management for fund development.
