Tenfold seeks a Senior Associate to join a private credit investment firm in Washington, D.C., focused on digital infrastructure, technology services, and enterprise software. The role combines hands-on underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management within a lean DC office.

You will mentor junior staff, lead relationships with portfolio companies, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and investment committee prep.

Qualifications

• Foundation in investment banking or leveraged finance for ~2 years.
• 2–3 years on the buy side in private credit or private equity.
• Strong underwriting and portfolio management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Leading underwriting and structuring across credit investments in digital infrastructure, technology services, and enterprise software.
• Driving deal execution end to end, from initial diligence through documentation and close.
• Owning portfolio company relationships, including monitoring performance and amendments.
• Mentoring Associates and Analysts, reviewing their work, and developing the bench.
• Partnering with the senior leader on strategy, pipeline development, and investment committee preparation.
