FactSet Research Systems Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a CUSIP Senior Content Manager – Private Credit to lead the development, governance, and delivery of private credit reference data across the private credit lifecycle.

You will serve as SME for loan documentation, data quality controls, and CUSIP assignment, partnering with business, technology, product, and client teams to drive efficient workflows and market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, information management, or related discipline.
• Experience interpreting SEC filings and credit agreements.
• Deep understanding of private credit, syndicated loans, leveraged finance.
• Experience with reference data management and CUSIP assignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for private credit and syndicated bank loan data through origination to post-close activity.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify challenges, define requirements, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and market adoption of private credit CUSIPs.
• Ensure accurate identification of loan market data using documentation and external sources.
• Provide accurate and timely loan market data and analytical expertise to clients and product teams.
