Job summary

FactSet is seeking a CUSIP Senior Content Manager – Private Credit in New York City. You will lead development, governance, and delivery of private credit reference data across loan documentation and market workflows.

You will partner with business, technology, product, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, timely data capture and strong data quality controls throughout the private credit lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting SEC filings, credit agreements, amendments and financial covenants.
• Deep understanding of private credit, syndicated bank loans, leveraged finance, and investment-grade loan market workflows.
• Proven ability to apply market, product, and operational knowledge to client needs, product development, and private credit data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for private credit and syndicated bank loan data, supporting the lifecycle from origination through post-close activity.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify challenges, define requirements, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and market adoption of private credit CUSIPs.
