Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Private Banking leader in the Orlando area to acquire and deepen client relationships, delivering a Branded Client Experience with access to the full Private Bank capabilities.

The role requires a deep understanding of wealth strategy, superior interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in driving new business with $3M+ investable assets. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent.
• Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 7/66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM+ investable assets).
• Ability to present holistic approach leveraging the Private Bank platform.
• High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Client Process Management process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities.
• Sources new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite.
• Leads the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience.
• Develops an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and wealth strategy, adapting to changes in business environment.
• Advocates for clients as trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth planning and banking services.
• Encourages use of digital capabilities to enhance client experience.
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
