Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a senior Private Banking leader to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and coordinate across the enterprise to deliver a Branded Client Experience with the full Private Bank capabilities.

The role requires 12+ years in private banking, Series 7/63/65 (or 7/66), and a proven track record in driving business development with high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred ( CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus ).
  • 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent.
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses; unlicensed candidates considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Client Process Management within the client team to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Sources new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite.
  • Leads the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience.
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and wealth strategy.
  • Advocates for clients as trusted advisor with integrated wealth solutions.
  • Encourages use of digital capabilities to enhance client experience.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external partners.
