Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Client Executive for Private Client Services to manage assigned accounts and lead service teams remotely across multiple states. The role focuses on servicing, renewal business, and strategic cross-selling to high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in Private Client insurance, and an active license, with strong communication and team leadership skills to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth insurance required.
• Valid insurance license.
• Continuing Education requirements must be met for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Receive and develop new business leads from Producers, or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities.
• Renewal business and solicit additional lines of coverage.
• Evaluate client coverage portfolios and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Service accounts and provide claims support as needed.
• Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop marketing strategies.
• Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, prepare proposals.
