Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting to expand business.
• Maintain a high-net-worth referral network to develop a new book of business and demonstrate proven success in building trusted client relationships.
• Solve complex financial challenges with holistic financial planning.
• Guide clients through what matters most and collaborate in a team to deliver bespoke solutions and exceptional service.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) and enrollment through JPMC licensing within 150 days.

• Network with referral sources and external contacts to generate opportunities.
• Develop internal partnerships across business lines to address clients' needs with precision.
• Uphold strong risk and controls by adhering to policies and regulations.
