Watson Style Group, a female‑founded luxury personal styling firm, is hiring a Private Client Director to join the leadership team. The role focuses on managing UHNW relationships across the country with studios in Chicago and New York, delivering bespoke styling and strategic wardrobe solutions.

You are a trusted advisor and leader, bridging hands‑on styling with high‑level client relations, to close gaps current platforms cannot address.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in luxury personal styling or high‑touch client advisory.
• Proven success building and maintaining long‑term relationships with UHNW women.
• Deep luxury fluency — fashion, fit, fabrication and lifestyle rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personal styling experiences with deep fluency across in‑person and virtual sessions and ongoing wardrobe relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of UHNW client relationships with precision, warmth and discretion.
• Curate every look and oversee foundation outfit construction and lookbook quality control.
• Lead and delegate in partnership with Assistant Stylists.
• Solve complex client and business challenges with creativity and proactivity.
