Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in the financial or banking services industry with leading, managing, motivating, and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent client service, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to cultivate a positive, engaging coaching environment.
• Direct experience with banking activities such as credit card applications, deposits, online banking, wires/transfers, lending, and account maintenance.
• Experience responding to client inquiries with high-quality service and support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficient telephone and computer usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruiting, onboarding, coaching, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Review time cards, conduct audits, and lead team meetings to drive engagement.
• Monitor daily inbox workflow, client correspondence, document reviews, and loan system tracking.
• Approve wires, online banking forms, overdrafts, and escalate complex client concerns as needed.
