Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Private Client Center Manager in Overland Park, KS to lead a concierge banking team and cultivate high-net-worth client relationships. The role focuses on delivering elevated client experiences, cross-selling through Relationship Building, and achieving deposit and loan growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in relationship management, strong service skills, and a Notary with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in progressive relationship management, extraordinary client service and client/prospect calling experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a Notary.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop a successful concierge banking center team to deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while selling and cross-selling through our Relationship Building protocol.
• Responsible for the growth and retention of the Private Client Center deposit and loan portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with Private teammates to acquire HNW, entrepreneur and business-owner clients for the bank.
• Achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management and loan products.
• Responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, installment loan options, providing a broad base of financial and credit services.
• Actively and consistently engage in community involvement and business development for the bank.
• Oversee the operational efficiency and compliance requirements of the Private Client Center.
