Job summary

Key Private Bank (KPB) in South Bend, IN seeks a Sr. Relationship Manager to advise high net worth clients, develop financial plans, and coordinate with trust, investment, and planning strategists.

The RM expands existing relationships, sources new business, and collaborates with internal partners to deepen client engagement. The role requires building a trusted advisory relationship, knowledge of investments and banking products, and the ability to manage complex financial data for individuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 7 years of proven sales and business development experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of investments, trust and credit to advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client adviser by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions.
• Lead, coordinate and assemble the extended advisory team for complex relationships.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and capture goals in a financial plan.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by expanding relationships and closing referrals.
• Prospect and maintain a pipeline via internal and external referrals.
