Responsibilities

• Deliver a white glove experience to clients and grow deposits.
• Serve as deposit and cash management expert and cross-sell when needed.
• Support Business Bankers/Relationship Managers’ client base.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships.
• Refer clients to business partners when appropriate.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and account openings.
• Handle deposits, transfers, CD renewals, and wires.
• Ensure compliance with AML and bank policies.
