This in-office role focuses on delivering sophisticated credit and cash management solutions to high-net-worth clients within the AMG platform. The ideal candidate will lead in credit analysis, relationship management, and deal execution while mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Role requires a university/college degree; higher level education such as a Master's or certifications is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years; specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide guidance on credit and cash management solutions for high-net-worth clients as part of Private Banking.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal/external partners to introduce AMG banking products and services.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking products; manage book of business for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Assess and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using internal policies and fundamentals.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
