Job summary

PNC invites applications for a Senior Banking Advisor in its Private Banking organization, based in Ft. Worth, TX. This in-office role focuses on high-net-worth client advisory, credit and cash management solutions, and building trusted relationships with internal partners and COIs.

You will lead complex credit transactions, ensure adherence to banking policies, and mentor team members while delivering exceptional client service and achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 8+ years industry experience.
• Masters/PhD or certifications desirable.
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and provides guidance on credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net-worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team.
• Leverages networks to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services; builds relationships with internal/external partners and COIs.
• Origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of banking products; manages/monitors book of business for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Analyzes and mitigates credit risk for complex requests using internal policies.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to team; ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations.
