Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the team / branch / jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal and Commercial credit and non-credit products.
• In-depth sales and client service skills.
• In-depth business development skills with successful track record.
• Ability to lead in-depth planning conversations.
• Expert relationship management skills.
• Data driven decision making.
• Ability to manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, retains and grows profitable banking relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Leads a deal team to meet client needs when acting as the lead relationship manager.
• Partners with the leadership team on strategic direction and complex line-of-business projects.
• Maintains alignment between stakeholders and ensures effective collaboration.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements for informed decisions.
• Provides integrated and customized advice to help clients achieve financial and personal goals.
