Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Private Banker to develop and deepen relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, acting as a trusted advisor across banking and wealth-management needs.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management Partners and specialists to tailor solutions, manage a private banking loan portfolio, and drive deposit growth, credit origination, and assets under management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services with High-Net-Worth individuals and families.
• Strong sales skills and drive to pursue opportunities.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to read situations.
• Business development and COI development skills.
• Experience with understanding financial needs and offering bank/ fiduciary solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Expand the Bank’s client base by providing proactive, advice-based solutions for qualified Private Banking clients and prospects.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and families, professional service companies, non-profit and foundation clients.
• Deliver high-quality client service and appropriate recommendations to address unmet needs to acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships.
• Work closely with Wealth Management Partners to identify Financial Planning and Wealth Management opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialists to connect clients to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
• Monitor the performance of client accounts and make recommendations to meet goals.
• Manage private banking loan portfolio and review portfolio quality.
• Achieve set goals for deposit growth, credit origination, and assets under management.
• Follow established lending procedures and perform credit analysis.
• Work with wealth advisors and fiduciary specialists to preserve and protect client wealth.
