Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Senior Private Banker for our Denver, CO location.

This full-time role focuses on building and enhancing long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, serving as a trusted advisor across the organization, and leveraging the bank’s diverse resources to meet client goals. Success is measured by client satisfaction and growth in relationship balances such as deposits, credit, and wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience in financial services with High-Net-Worth clients.
• Strong sales skills and drive to pursue opportunities.
• High EI and ability to read situations accurately.
• Experience with business development and COI networking.
• Understand financial needs and offer banking/fiduciary solutions.
• Knowledge of banking and lending products.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Expand the Bank’s client base with proactive, advisory solutions for Private Banking clients.
• Cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and professional service firms.
• Deliver high-quality client service and recommendations to address needs and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management Partners to identify planning opportunities.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Mortgage, and Relationship Managers to connect clients to specialists.
• Monitor client accounts and guide them toward goals and asset growth.
• Manage private banking loan portfolio and review for risk and performance.
• Achieve targets for deposits, credit origination, and AUM.
• Follow lending procedures and perform credit analysis.
• Work with wealth advisors to preserve client wealth.
