Job summary

F&M Trust in Lancaster, PA seeks a Private Banker to grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professionals. You will deliver personalized deposit, lending, wealth management, and treasury solutions, building trusted advisor relationships and a high-touch client experience.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Mortgage, and Retail teams to expand market presence in Greater Lancaster County, while meeting production targets and delivering tailored

Qualifications

• At least three years of banking, private banking, commercial banking, wealth management, or related financial services experience.
• Proven sales and business development success, including the ability to self-generate leads and build new relationships in a developing market.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Established connections within the Lancaster County community.
• Ability to work independently, make sound business decisions, and manage complex client relationships.
• Commitment to community involvement and professional engagement.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and centers of influence.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive business development efforts.
• Deliver customized deposit, lending, and financial solutions based on each client's needs.
• Partner with Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Mortgage, and Retail Banking professionals to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Build credibility and visibility within the Lancaster County community.
• Meet production goals related to deposits, wealth referrals, lending, credit cards, mortgage referrals and relationship growth.
• Maintain a high-touch service model that delivers exceptional client experience.
