Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan, seeks a Privacy Investigation Analyst to manage privacy incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Compliance training program at the Minnetonka office. The role reports to the Corporate Compliance Privacy Manager and collaborates with the legal team.

Required: 5+ years in a related field, HIPAA knowledge, and familiarity with managed care. This is an onsite role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• Knowledge of Managed Care and/or Health Insurance Marketplace.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and related privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effectiveness of Medica's Privacy program through policies, procedures, and investigations.
• Serve as privacy liaison between Medica and business associates or customers.
• Assist with measurement of the compliance program and regulatory implementation activities.
