Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs across client engagements in the United States. You will lead or support privacy gap assessments, implement privacy technology, and advise on regulatory compliance in GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and related frameworks.

You will mentor junior staff, develop practical controls, and communicate results to diverse stakeholders while traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of total professional experience, including 2+ years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations and key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) and privacy-related frameworks (NIST Privacy Framework).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting observations and explaining results to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize privacy programs by designing privacy processes, governance models, and technology-enabled solutions including policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Configure privacy technology platforms for DSAR automation, data inventories, consent management, and third-party risk monitoring.
• Map data flows and systems to identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Lead or support privacy assessments and reporting, develop templates and webforms, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear deliverables and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
