Job summary

Crowe's Privacy, Data Protection and Compliance team is seeking a Senior Consultant to help design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs for multiple clients in the US.

You'll lead privacy gap assessments, implement privacy technology, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other frameworks while guiding junior staff and delivering high-impact engagements. Up to 60% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional privacy experience, incl. 2+ years in privacy gap assessments or technology implementation.
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
• Ability to manage engagements from planning to reporting with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement privacy programs and related policies and controls.
• Support privacy technology implementations (DSAR, data inventories, consent management).
• Map data flows to identify privacy risks and required controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls.
• Lead privacy assessments and client reporting.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear documentation and deliverables on schedule.
