Job summary

Google’s Core team seeks a Lead Privacy Program and Data Governance Risk Manager to own the Privacy and Data Governance Risk program, drive strategy, and mature risk metrics. You will coordinate cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, and ERM to embed privacy into product roadmaps and governance structures.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 4+ years in privacy, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance within tech.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end Privacy and Data Governance Risk Assessments (PDGRA) using AI-enabled workflows.
• Prepare and deliver risk reporting packets for Board and executive committees.
• Scale the Enterprise Privacy and Data Governance Framework across the organization.
• Develop privacy risk frameworks with telemetry-driven dashboards in partnership with Analytics and Engineering.
• Liaise across lines of defense to drive remediation prioritization.
